Cancellation Policy

HydraLily Wellness Co. Appointment Cancellation Policy 


We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.


Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.


No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.


Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened, modified, or rescheduled services.

If your arrival prevents completion of your appointment, it may be treated as a late cancellation.


Medical Clearance Requirement
Services requiring provider clearance or a Good Faith Exam must be completed prior to treatment.

Failure to complete required pre-appointment requirements may result in rescheduling and applicable fees.


Mobile Appointments
Mobile concierge appointments may be subject to additional cancellation or travel-related fees.


Emergencies
HydraLily Wellness Co. may waive fees at its sole discretion for emergencies or exceptional circumstances.


Payment Authorization
By booking an appointment, you authorize HydraLily Wellness Co. to charge the payment method on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
